On 30th August 2025, the Kenya Mission to Zimbabwe became a hive of activity as it proudly hosted and celebrated our Kenya National Netball power team.
The colorful event, held at the Kenya Residence in Harare, brought together a vibrant mix of guests, including:
- Members of Kenya’s Mission in Zimbabwe
- The Kenyan Diaspora in Zimbabwe
- Netball officials from Zimbabwe
- Our dynamic Kenyan sportswomen
The delegation was led by Mrs. Immaculate Kabutha, President of the Kenya Netball Federation, and Mrs. Millicent Busolo, Secretary General of the Federation.
Medal Ceremony
In a moving moment, Mr. Moses Arogo, Chairman of the Kenyan Diaspora in Zimbabwe, presented medals to the players in recognition of their talent, dedication, and the immense pride they bring to Kenya.
Words of Encouragement
Kenya’s Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Ms. Getrude N. Angote, encouraged the team to continue serving as goodwill ambassadors for Kenya and as role models for the youth.
