Kenya Ladies Land in UAE, Ready to Make Their Mark at the UAE Netball Cup 2025
The air is thick with pride and anticipation as our Kenya Ladies Netball Team(THE DIVAS) touch down in the United Arab Emirates for the much-anticipated UAE Netball Cup 2025. With flags flying high and hearts full of determination, the team is ready to represent the nation in a competition that brings together six elite teams from around the world.
In a moment that captured the spirit of unity and patriotism, our heroines were warmly welcomed upon arrival at the airport. Dressed in official team gear and smiles to match, the Kenyan squad showed they are not only ambassadors of sport but also of Kenyan excellence and resilience.
With less than 24 hours to go before their opening match against Namibia, the team has wasted no time. Today’s training session has been a showcase of grit,strategy, discipline, and teamwork. Under the guidance of Coach Mugisha Ali, the ladies fine-tuned their strategies, sharpened their footwork, and has shown flashes of brilliance that signal Kenya’s clear intention to dominate on the court.
The energy on the training ground was electric, and if today’s drills are anything to go by, fans should gear up for a thrilling opener.
